At AVERX, we partner with global manufacturers vetted by us, to bring high quality titanium tools and precision accessories directly to the AU/NZ market. We eliminate the overhead of a traditional physical storefront and ship directly from our production partners.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We currently ship exclusively to New Zealand and Australia.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed, packed, and handed to our tracking carriers within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Window: Average delivery to both New Zealand and Australia is 6–12 business days, fully tracked.
If you are located outside of Australia or New Zealand but want to purchase our gear, please contact us directly at contact@averxgear.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our manufacturing partner's facility, a tracking number will be automatically generated and emailed to you within 1 to 2 business days.
Delays & Customs Clearance
Transit Delays:
While we partner with reliable logistics carriers, delivery windows are estimates. Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to regional holidays, extreme weather events, high-demand peak shipping seasons, or customs backlogs. Under consumer law, we are committed to ensuring your item is delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
Customs & Import Duties:
Because items are dispatched directly from our overseas suppliers, customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied upon arrival. For orders entering New Zealand or Australia, these charges only apply if the total shipment value exceeds the local low-value import threshold (typically $1,000 AUD / NZD).
