About AVERX

AVERX is a Northland, New Zealand–based online store focused on precision tools, EDC (Everyday Carry) gear, and durable everyday essentials.

The project started from a simple frustration: it was surprisingly difficult to find well-designed, high-quality titanium and stainless steel tools in one place; especially the kind of products built to last and genuinely enjoyable to carry and use every day.

We carefully source products from vetted suppliers around the world, with a focus on quality, functionality, minimalist design, and long-term durability. Our goal is to offer gear that feels solid, useful, and worth keeping for years. Many of our products are made from premium materials such as titanium and stainless steel, selected for their strength, corrosion resistance, and longevity. 

The AVERX Vetting Standard:

Every piece of gear curated by AVERX undergoes hands-on testing in Northland, New Zealand before it is ever listed on our store.

1. Independent Vetting: We order and test every single item before it earns a spot on our site. If a tool doesn't meet our standards in hand, we reject it.

2. Material Verification: We verify metallurgy to ensure you receive actual high-grade stainless steel and lightweight titanium. No cheap sand blasted anodised aluminium.

AVERX is independently run from Northland, New Zealand and operates as a curated online store rather than a large retail company. To keep costs lower and offer a wider range of products, many items are shipped directly from our vetted suppliers to customers.
